Welcome to Podium Prep Academy. This academy is the culmination of my lifelong love for theatre and performance, a journey that has taken me from stages in Italy to classrooms across India.
 
I've always believed that there’s a special kind of power in being able to stand up and express yourself. It’s not just about giving a speech—it’s about finding your voice, feeling the confidence to be yourself, and sharing your ideas boldly with the world.

At Podium Prep, I focus on building a safe, encouraging environment where kids feel free to express themselves. I want them to understand that confidence isn’t something you’re simply born with—it’s a muscle that gets stronger with practice. Here, they’ll learn to build this skill, step by step, through positive reinforcement and consistent practice. Studies show that confidence correlates strongly with success: psychologists have found that people with higher self-confidence are often more resilient, more likely to take risks, and ultimately more successful in achieving their goals. In fact, psychologist Albert Bandura, known for his work on social learning theory, emphasized that self-efficacy—or the belief in one’s ability to succeed—plays a major role in how people approach challenges and persevere through difficulties.

Throughout my years of teaching, I’ve seen so many young people with incredible potential, held back only by fear or a lack of confidence in their own voices. I started Podium Prep Academy to change that. My mission is simple: to help young people build the confidence to face any crowd, to speak with authenticity, and to approach every opportunity with vigor rather than fear. I want our students to walk out of here ready for anything—from acing classroom presentations to speaking up in life’s bigger moments.

At Podium Prep, we offer courses like our Expressive Speech Workshop, Confidence Coaching Session, and Public Speaking Basics—programs designed to give kids the skills they need to stand strong and communicate clearly. Here, they don’t just practice public speaking. They learn to engage, to communicate with passion, and to feel comfortable whether in front of a large audience or a small group. Our goal is for every student to leave with a new confidence not only in how they speak, but in who they are.

This academy is more than a school—it’s a place for young people to discover what’s possible when they stop holding back. We’re building a generation that will be unapologetically bold, ready to seize life’s opportunities with open arms. I can’t wait to see how far they’ll go.
